A total of 15.2 million tonnes of goods were transported via the Port of Helsinki group. This surpassed the previous record by a clear margin, and the volume grew more than the market at large.

CUSTOMERS SATISFIED WITH THE PORT’S OPERATIONS

The Port of Helsinki surveys its B2B customers’ satisfaction with the Port’s operations on a regular basis.

In a survey conducted in the autumn of 2022, the success ratings of the Port of Helsinki’s operations remained good. The customers of cargo and passenger traffic gave the Port an overall rating of 3.94 on a scale of 1–5. (2021: 3.87).
The most successful factors were the provision of information, customer-oriented and flexible operations and effective communication.
